Is it possible to have it delivered abroad?

Absolutely! Thanks to our partner carriers, SESA SYSTEMS offers international delivery!

How to create or delete your account?

To create your customer account, simply click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the screen and then click on the "Create an account" button. You will then be prompted to enter your customer account information. After validation, you will receive an email containing a link to validate your customer account. After clicking on this link, you will be able to log in to your customer account. To delete your customer account, simply send a request to the email address webmarketing@sesa-systems.com or to marketing2@sesa-systems.com. You can also make this request using the contact form on the website or by telephone.

How do I track my SESA SYSTEMS order?

To track your SESA SYSTEMS order, log in to your customer account on our website and go to the "Order Tracking" tab. You will then find your order number. With this number, contact our customer service to find out the status of your order.

Where can I find your General Terms and Conditions of Sale?

You will find the link to our general terms and conditions of sale at the bottom of the page, on the right-hand side.

I would like a quote for the product(s) I am interested in. How can I do this?

Here are the steps for creating a professional quote at SESA SYSTEMS:

- First step: go to the product page of the item you wish to add to your quote

- Second step: Select the desired options and quantities

- Third step: Click on the “Add to cart” link located below the quantity.

- Fourth step: Repeat the operation for each different product you wish to add to your quote.

- Fifth and final step: Find your products in the “Shopping Cart” section on the SESA SYSTEMS homepage. All you have to do is click on “Generate a quote” to finalize it.

What are your different payment methods available?

SESA SYSTEMS offers you two payment methods:
- Payment by credit card from our website.
- Payment upon receipt of invoice.

How do I change my billing address?

If you need to change your billing address for an order you have already placed, please contact our accounting department at +33 (0) 2 32 96 06 70 or by email at the following address: compta2@sesa-systems.com. Our teams will be happy to assist you. If you have not yet placed an order, you can change your billing address directly from your customer account.

I want to set up a LEAN project but I don't know where to start, how do I do it?

Implementing a LEAN project is never easy. On our website, you can find various catalogs as well as tips and LEAN methods explained to help you understand the fundamentals. You also have the option of contacting your local account manager, who can visit your premises to provide you with their expertise on how to carry out your project.

How to download the documentation?

SESA SYSTEMS provides its customers with free access to its various LEAN catalogs and guides. To download them, go to the "Catalogs" page and select the one you wish to download. You will then be prompted to fill out the form to download the catalog.

What are the delivery times and packaging?

Delivery times vary depending on the products ordered. Some products require special manufacturing in our workshops. However, delivery times are always estimated at the time of your order. Regarding packaging, you will find several options on our website: "available" means that the product is ready to be shipped and used upon receipt. "In kit" means that the product will arrive in kit form with assembly instructions. "Pre-assembled" means that the product will arrive pre-assembled with only the final steps to be completed on site. If you do not wish to assemble your product yourself, SESA SYSTEMS offers an assembly option. This is an additional service to be specified when ordering; thanks to this option, your product will be assembled in our workshop before shipping. I want to find a product but I don't have its reference, what should I do?

How can I get your paper catalog?

You can request our printed catalogs directly from our website in the "Catalogs" category. Simply click on "Receive the catalog by mail" and fill out the form that appears on your screen. How to access your digital catalogs?

All of our digital catalogs are available and accessible from our website in the “Catalogs” area located to the right of the search bar.

I need to preview the product, how do I do this?

If you'd like an overview of our products and company, you can find us on our YouTube channel. You can also come and discover our "SESA ACADEMY" space directly at our premises located at ZA du Val Richard 27340 Criquebeuf-sur-Seine. This space is entirely dedicated to the exhibition of our products, even the most recent ones.

About Us

Where is your production center?

Our production center is located in Criquebeuf-sur-Seine, near Rouen in Normandy. Our products are therefore made in France in our production workshop. We are committed to promoting short circuits for our suppliers and service providers. Working locally and with partners located in France is part of our commitment as part of our CSR approach.

Where can we see your products?

We currently do not have a physical store for the distribution of our products. However, you can come and discover and see our products for yourself at our ACADEMY located in Criquebeuf-sur-Seine, Normandy.
