VSM (Value Stream Mapping) is also called Value Chain Cartography (CCV) in French. It is a LEAN tool used to analyze all stages of the realization of a product or service until its availability to the end customer. VSM is a visual representation in the form of a flowchart of a production process that highlights the run time of the chosen product and thus helps reveal malfunctions and waste.
